Director Biography - Fabio Colonna

Born in Mexico City, Fabio studied Communication at the Universidad Iberoamericana. He has a Diploma in Cinematography from Arte 7 (Mexico) and another Diploma in Film from NYFA (Los Angeles). He has attended multiple workshops on directing actors with the master filmmaker Luis Mandoki, as well as various screenplay courses with filmmaker Michael Rowe. He has also participated in various classes and courses with screenwriters such as Alfredo Mendoza and Patricio Saiz. Fabio has directed different short films and mini-series such as "Me Gusta Más Crudo" (2014), "Polvo" (2015), "Sweet Caroline" (2015), "Cruel Perdón" (2016), "Snap Payaso" (2017), "Brotherhood" (2018), "UNHEIMLICH" (2021), and "The Miserable Existence of Two Scorpions" (2022). He is a partner and director at the production company Reserva Films, along with his partners Rejaz F. Guizar and Arantxa Suárez.
