Sponsorship Tiers for Festival of Holes 2026
Tier 1 — Program Supporter | $250–$500
Recognition includes:
Name or logo listed in the festival program booklet (interior supporter page), printed as a section in the Bridge Fall 2026 print magazine
Name listed on Bridge's website sponsor/partner page for the festival season
Social media thank-you mention on Bridge's Instagram and/or newsletter leading up to the event
2 complimentary festival passes
Tier 2 — Block Sponsor / Presenting Supporter | $750–$1,500
This tier offers a more visible, specific association; a sponsor "owns" one element of the festival's programming structure.
Recognition includes:
Named association with a specific program block (e.g., "The [Sponsor] Film Block," "The [Sponsor] Reading Set") — verbally acknowledged by the host at that block
Logo on the program booklet cover or back cover (the program is a designed artifact; back cover placement is prominent without being intrusive for a first-time sponsor)
Logo in pre-show slides/loop before screenings
Featured in Bridge's newsletter and event recap email to 13k subscribers
Logo on digital event materials (event page, social promotion posts)
4 complimentary passes + invitation to any opening reception
Tier 3 — Presenting Partner / Festival Underwriter | $2,500–$5,000
This is the top tier: the sponsor is co-presenting the event, their name is attached to the festival itself, and recognition runs across all channels Bridge operates.
Recognition includes:
"Presented by [Sponsor]" or "with support from [Sponsor]" on all festival collateral — program cover, event signage, digital assets, social media, and newsletter
Logo on the front cover of the program booklet printed as a section in the Bridge Fall 2026 print magazine
Half-page ad inside the program booklet
Named in the press release and any media coverage
Brand presence at SITE/less on event day: table, banner, or branded activation appropriate to the venue's scale (SITE/less is intimate; this would be tasteful, not commercial)
Featured placement in Bridge Video as a presenting supporter (banner on streaming platform, mention in Film Friday emails through the season)
Option to include a branded in-kind element — e.g., sponsor a printed edition of the program as a collectible zine, or fund a specific commissioned work acknowledged in their name
6–8 complimentary passes, VIP reception access, opportunity for sponsor remarks
What makes this distinctive from the others: at this level, you're not just in the program: you're part of Bridge's broader publishing and programming identity for the year. Given that Bridge has Bridge Magazine, the Journal, and the streaming service running year-round, a Presenting Partner could negotiate recognition across the full season, not just the one-day festival. That's sponsor preence par excellence.
