  • Bridge magazine is a collectible, twice-yearly print publication in an alt-weekly-inspired format, offering an independent, intelligent, and cosmopolitan perspective on arts and culture from the American Midwest. With the tagline “The Independent Midwest Voice of Art and Culture,” the magazine features in-depth reporting and journalism, artist profiles, essays and necessary public scholarship, interviews, and critical writing that foreground regional and cost-benefit-marginalized narratives often overlooked by coastal media. Anchored by history-making art and culture exclusives, the work of a groundbreaking artistic collective, and recurring still-evolving editorial sections such as “Physical Media,” Bridge champions design, art, literature, poetry and the societies that create it—highlighting analog and tactile formats like books, zines, records, tapes, DVDs, laserdiscs, and more.

    A full roster of display placements are available for the print version of the online Bridge magazine, publishing every year in late Nov/early Dec and again in late May/early June every year.     Please note the annual deadlines for the fall magazine is Oct. 1 and the spring issue deadline is April 1.

  • Display ads for the Bridge Journal are available in a variety of formats. All placements are presented in a supporter section in the back of the journal, unless otherwise specified.

    Given the production methods for the Bridge Journal, no options are available for inside front or back cover placement.
