Both the Bridge Journal and the Bridge Film and Video Festival brochure use the same dimensions, as shown below. The Bridge Journal is produced as a hardcover book, and the Bridge Film and Video Festival brochure is softover.

BRIDGE MAGAZINE ONLINE

Front page placements will be inserted as headers (shown below), or footers at the bottom of the page. Image placements should be 12”w x 2”h (1800w x 300h pixels) and include a link to the desired landing page.

Interior page placements will appear interjected within the text of that week’s news item and remain in place until a specified end date, also on the Monday to Monday schedule. You can download a template as either a JPG or InDesign file here.

EMAIL NEWSLETTER

Placements in the Bridge email newsletter should be 6”w x 3”h (432w x 216h pixels) and include a link to the desired landing page. Placements will be inserted as displays (shown below) throughout the text. Limit two per newsletter. Dedicated blasts are limited to once weekly.


BRIDGE INSTAGRAM MAGAZINE

Placements in social media will be marked with a “sponsored” notice. Image placements should be submitted as 8” x 8” (576w x 576h pixels) slideshow tiles (as shown below, max 10 tiles) and include a link to the desired landing page.

BRIDGE VIDEO

Front page placements will be inserted as headers (as shown in the Bridge Magazine diagram above), or footers at the bottom of the page. Image placements should be 6”w x 3”h (432w x 216h pixels) and include a link to the desired landing page.

When submitting for in-video placement, please specify Pre-roll, Mid-roll or Post-roll placement, week, and duration of placement. All videos must be no longer than 00:14.




Mechanicals / File Specifications for Submission

  • JPEGs and TIFFs files are preferred file format for display placements. PDFS are also acceptable.

  • MP4s are the preferred file format for Bridge Video placements. No videos may be longer than 00:14 for any placement.

  • While will accept ads in these formats, when reproduced in print, we cannot guarantee final print quality as this may vary with our printer.

  • All fonts and images must be included!

How do I submit my files?

Files can be attached to an e-mail and sent to michael.workman1@gmail.com

  • In the subject line of your email please include the word ADVERTISING, followed by the company name and insertion date

  • Example: “ADVERTISING, Chesterfield Company, 2-10-23”

  • Be sure to include all support files. IF your files are too large to attach, we can accept a Google Drive or Dropbox link.

Closing Deadlines: Space must be reserved by 4 weeks prior to to date of the requested placement. Payment and advertising materials must be received one week prior to this date at latest, or all insertion orders will be voided and your placement will not appear. Special sponsored placement options (such as in our film fest brochure) have earlier deadlines for space, materials and payment.

Production Notes: Ads should be 300 dpi at 100% scale. Compressed images are generally unacceptable.

Ads sent by e-mail must conform to Macintosh software. Include all fonts and images (jpeg/eps/tiff). Ads larger than 20 megabytes may not email properly. Bridge is not responsible for file transfer corruption.

Liability: By advertising with us, you and your agency represent that your material is properly authorized and that any consents, copyrights for use and other necessary clearances for use of any mechnicals including sound, video clips and otherwise, have all been obtained. By advertising, you and your agency jointly and severally indemnify Bridge Art, NFP and all of its employees against all legal claims, actions and expenses. We reserve the right to reject any material we deem inconsistent with our standards.
